Carol Rapp of rappHRservices, has over twenty years human resources experience working with entrepreneurial, start-up, growth and established organizations as both an employee and independent consultant. She has expertise in the areas of compensation, benefits, recruitment, policy development, employee relations and training. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from New York University and a M.Ed. in Counseling from Suffolk University.
